I went through with it - and got my one egg - no baby tho.

I did another cycle (in Sydney) - and went into ER with four follicles - still sadly ended up with only one embryo - and again no baby. I am going to have one more go - and if that doesn't work I will turn to donor eggs - but at least I will always know I gave it my best. I am hoping good things for your two - GO FOR IT.

Andiandihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06370379203789421615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-72470051046008229.post-14767172542579084832008-04-11T18:54:00.000-04:002008-04-11T18:54:00.000-04:00No, you are not crazy- I am glad for you that you ...No, you are not crazy-
I am glad for you that you are moving forward with this.
I will be thinking of you and sending you good thoughts.jphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16134764059615792391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-72470051046008229.post-45788784087662443082008-04-11T13:09:00.000-04:002008-04-11T13:09:00.000-04:00Last time, when I had 7 or 8 follicles, we decided...Last time, when I had 7 or 8 follicles, we decided not to go through with ER on the advice of the doctor. But one of the main considerations for us was $. My insurance doesn't cover any part of IVF but it covers most of IUI. So we stressed over the money knowing that we may move on to donor egg and would rather put our $ toward that. However, there's a part of me that wishes we tried with my eggs. Maybe it would have worked. Maybe not. We'll never know. I think there is something good about trying everything. And it only takes one embryo. You're not crazy.

GOOD LUCK!!!Egged Outhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03656572696838310523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-72470051046008229.post-391132329927844422008-04-11T11:49:00.000-04:002008-04-11T11:49:00.000-04:00When my last cycle was canceled, my RE told me he ...When my last cycle was canceled, my RE told me he had patients who were able to conceive with only a couple of eggs.
